We are an enthusiastic, family-run, internet-only
outlet. We specialise in carefully selected rugs, dhurries and unique accessories
for the modern home. Most items in our range are exclusive to us.
We don't have expensive retail premises to look after and pay
for and we are able to pass on the cost savings to you. Unlike many other internet stores, we do not pay commission to
other web
sites which generate sales for us. This commission inevitably leads to higher
prices that are passed on to you. Please don't be put off by our low prices.
We hope you enjoy what you see. If you do, please

How can you be sure we are trustworthy?
We can honestly say that we have never received
any complaints from any of our customers about our products or about the service
they received, we have only received praise.

Making Your Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online
store and select any items that you wish to buy by adding them to your shopping
trolley. After you have finished your selections, click on "
Checkout". After giving us your name and address, you will be
transferred to a secure server where your credit card details can be sent to our
clearing company. We do not even get to see your card number. Online credit card transactions using modern
encryption systems are the safest way of purchasing on the internet. We accept
Visa and MasterCard and also Switch and Delta cards. We will not charge your
card until the goods are dispatched.
If you feel happier to phone us your credit card details, do so on freephone
08000 612 162 or fax them to fax number 01243 551886. We can also accept cheques
sent to us by snail mail but these must clear into our account before we can
dispatch the order.
Postage And Handling
Postage and handling is free for orders above
£10 (for most of UK Mainland), otherwise a small charge of £1.95p will be
charged at the checkout. We regret
that at present, we only ship to the UK. Please contact us for a quotation to
other destinations.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order same day
or the day after your order
but at times, we may take longer but always within 21 days. We do try to
maintain adequate stocks of the items on our site. It is normally not
possible to order something which is out of stock but if due to unexpected
demand, your item becomes suddenly out of stock, we will advise you of the anticipated
delivery date and we will always give you the option to cancel your order if you
would rather not wait. In any case, we will not charge your credit card until the goods are dispatched.
