How to make a purchase
Once you have found what you want, enter the quantity required in the box and then click the "Add to basket" button.
Some products require you to select a size first. In those cases, click inside the size box just above the "Add to basket" button and select the size you require. Then click on the "Add to basket" button.
After clicking the "Add to basket" button, select from the following 3 choices:
- "Confirm" to continue shopping
- "Checkout Now" if you have finished your selections and wish to pay for the goods
- "Cancel" if you have made a mistake
You can check the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking "View Basket" located at the top right of the page. In the shopping basket, you can remove or amend the quantity of anything you have previously selected.
When you have finished shopping and wish to complete your order, select "Go to Checkout" at the top of the page and follow the on-screen instructions.
Your card details are totally secure. We don't even get to see your card number if you order online.
We also accept telephone orders with your credit or debit card if that's your preference.

With the exception of off-line credit/debit card processing when we transmit your card details to Worldpay, we will not disclose your personal details to anyone else. Period! Guaranteed!
We will only use the information you supply us lawfully. The only personal details we require from you are your name, address, phone number & e-mail address so that we can process your order. If you are ordering by phone, we will also require your card details. These are destroyed after the order is processed. We may telephone you or contact you by e-mail prior to despatching your order in case any clarification is needed. We will periodically advise you of special offers or new items via e-mail unless you check the opt-out box at the checkout stage or by e-mail to us at any time afterwards. Our Guarantee, Returns and Complaints Procedure
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of the goods you bought, for whatever reason, return them to us, undamaged, within 7 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price (normally within 7 days). Before returning the goods, please drop us a line by e-mail and include a short description of the reason for your dissatisfaction. Please note that non-standard, cut-to-order underlay cannot be returned unless faulty.
This guarantee does not cover accidental damage.
It goes without saying that we will immediately replace, at our cost, any goods which arrive to you in a faulty condition. Complaints will be dealt with fairly and confidentially. We promise to acknowledge any complaints within 5 days of receipt. We will advise you a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We promise to keep you informed about the progress of the dispute. We will continuously monitor complaints so that our service can be improved.
The above guarantee in no way affects and is in addition to your statutory rights.

Small print
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in our Returns section.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one or more of the following:
* The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
* The identification of a pricing or product description error
You should note that we only charge your card after the goods are despatched.
