Postage & Handling
We don't charge extra for postage and handling to mainland UK destinations unless you specify expedited next-day delivery when checking out.
We regret that due to the predictable effects which resulted from the Brexit vote, we only accept orders for delivery to the UK. If you have an Amazon account, you may be able to find our products available for your location on the Amazon UK website.
Delivery Schedule & Expedited Delivery Limitations
We will normally dispatch your order same working day or the day after your order.
Orders are usually despatched with Royal Mail on a 2-3 day delivery service, although this timescale is not guaranteed. Expedited orders are usually sent with FedEx courier or similar and delivered next WORKING day if the order is placed before 12 between Monday and Thursday. We do not use Evri courier except on rare occasions. Please note that our courier does not collect or deliver on Bank Holidays so any delivery that was due on a Bank Holiday will arrive the following day. Orders received after 12pm on Thursday will likely miss the courier and will probably be delivered the following Monday. Please call 01243 551886 to check if you still have time to order.
Our courier collects daily but not at weekends. This means that if you place your expedited order after 12 on Friday or during the weekend, the order will not be collected until Monday and will reach you the following Tuesday at the earliest. Please note that expedited delivery usually means next day delivery but it could be 2 working days. Next-day courier services are only available to the UK mainland.
